90 Day Limited Warranty
If your product fails to work due to any defect in workmanship or materials, B Swish will gladly replace your product with a like or similar item within 90 days of purchase. Simply complete the below form if you are making a warranty claim. Before returning, please clean the product and place it in a zip locked bag separate from any documentation you are including. Due to hygiene requirements, any returns not placed in a zip lock bag will be automatically destroyed upon reception and a replacement will not be sent. For all warranty claims shipping within the USA, a postage and handling fee of $15.00 USD is required and is payable through PayPal only.
For all warranty claims shipping outside of the USA, a postage and handling fee of $30.00 USD is required and is payable through PayPal only. We are unable to process warranty claims without the proof of purchase being included with the claim.
Should you decide to make a warranty claim, please make sure to include the following in your return package within 90 days of purchase:
- Completed warranty form
- Proof of purchase
- The item itself in a zip lock bag separate from any paperwork
B Swish processes warranty claims within 5 working days of receiving the claim. Upon receiving the claim, a payment request for the shipping fee will be sent to you through PayPal. Warranty claims in which the shipping fee is not paid within 60 days of the sent PayPal request will be automatically closed and the product will be destroyed and no exchange granted. This warranty does not cover items damaged by battery corrosion or exposure to water (with the exception of waterproof items). It is suggested that items with removable batteries are removed when item is not in use. This product is sold as a personal massager.
